The Before-You-Hire Scorecard.
See how much of your next hire AI could already handle, and what that role is really costing you, in about five minutes. Check the tasks that apply, add the salary you have in mind, and get your number. No call required to see your result.
Use the base salary for the role you are considering. We automatically add a 1.3x loaded cost to cover payroll taxes, benefits, and overhead, a standard fully-loaded estimate (typically 1.25x to 1.4x of base).
Pick every task where real time goes each week. We estimate the hours behind each so you do not have to.

Common questions
What does the Scorecard actually measure?
It measures how much of the repetitive work already happening in your business could be handled by AI and simple automation. Check the tasks your team carries every week, add the salary you are weighing for a new role, and you get two numbers: hours per week of repetitive work, and what that work costs per year at a fully loaded rate. Sometimes the answer is automate first and let your current team breathe. Sometimes it is yes, hire, and here is the leaner version of that role.
How does the math work?
We take the base salary you enter and multiply it by 1.3 to reflect the true cost of a hire once payroll taxes, benefits, and overhead are in (a standard fully loaded estimate, typically 1.25x to 1.4x). Each task you check carries a typical hours-per-week estimate. The tool adds up those hours and prices them at the loaded rate. The estimates are directional on purpose; exact numbers come out of the paid assessment.
Do I have to book a call to see my results?
No. Your numbers show up on the page as you go, in about five minutes. If you want to go deeper than the number, book a free consultation and we will walk through the options you have before you hire.
Is this only useful if I am about to hire?
Not at all. Most owners use it the other way: to find the hours their current team is losing to busywork. Freeing that time is often the fastest way to grow capacity without adding headcount, and it is usually what lets a good team thrive instead of burn out.
What happens after I get my number?
If the number surprises you, that is worth a conversation. The paid assessment digs into your workflows: workforce planning that identifies the automations worth doing and helps you implement them, if you want the help, before you hire another position. It starts at $3,800 and is credited toward whatever we build together.
Is my information private?
Yes. The calculator runs in your browser and we only receive anything if you choose to submit your email. See our privacy statement for the details.
